Clyde-Smith Property Services has been in operation since 1987 and have always had our core values at the forefront of all that we do.
We believe that property is about people, the relationships we foster and the comfort of living in a property that you can feel safe, secure and at home in. We work to maintain a trusted relationship between our clients and tenants alike that has both parties’ best interests as a priority.
Kevin Clyde-Smith
DIRECTOR
30 years ago Kevin and his wife Sarra bought what was then the property management section of Robin Stone properties which formerly had been known as Knatchbull and Taunton. Since then he has raised 4 children and many a Labrador. He has loved every moment of his time at Clyde-Smith Properties as he says it’s essentially about people and their well being in the places they live.

Carrie Modral
DIRECTOR
Carrie was born and raised in Jersey. She joined Clyde-Smith Property Services (CSPS) in 2004 and became the financial Director in 2005.
There is very little that Carrie does not know about Property management having worked in all aspects of the business over the past 16 years. She thrives in her work, always extremely busy and more than willing to go the extra mile to help others. Carrie specialises in the financial side of the business and has developed a very good relationship with many of our clients over the many years.
Before joining CSPS, Carrie spent several years as head gardener at the Jersey Potteries before finally downing her tools in the late 1990’s in favour of a career dealing with financial matters briefly joining a law firm in the accounts department as a trainee before moving on as Credit Controller for a local Trust Company.
Carrie has two grown up children and six grandchildren. She spends most of her free time visiting her family and enjoys cooking Sunday roasts. She loves nothing better than to unwind in the evenings with a good book or movie.
Charlie Clyde-Smith
PORTFOLIO MANAGER
Charlie played professional rugby in Jersey and Italy before a knee injury caused him to give this up. He gained experience in dealing with extremely challenging situations whilst working for the Jersey Prison service before completely changing course and working in central London in the property industry where he discovered a love and passion for this industry.
Charlie is the son of Kevin and has recently joined this company hoping to carry on in his father’s footsteps.
Jack Matthews
PROPERTY MANAGER
After 10 years as a Prison Officer, Jack moved into the property industry working for a local company as a property manager before joining us. He enjoys building long-standing professional relationships and gets on with just about anyone. In his down time, Jack enjoys spending time with his children as well as photography and football.
Ana Frankland
ACCOUNTS & ADMIN
Ana moved to Jersey from Madeira 27 years ago and has two children which are her pride and joy. She loves nature, flowers and gardening and have won best amateur gardener with RHS for two years in a row.
She has an administration background and describes herself as hard-working, thoughtful, friendly, open-minded and funny (“At least that is what my children say!”).
She believes that you make your own destiny and happiness and her motto is ‘always fight for what you want and never give up’.
Emma Clyde-Smith
MARKETING CONSULTANT
With over two years experience working in an advertising agency, Emma now works freelance as a marketing consultant and social media manager.
Based in Barcelona, Emma has a love of languages and is passionate about art and culture.
History
In March 1988 Kevin Clyde-Smith returned to Jersey from the mainland where he had been working for a property company in Bridport, Dorset and joined Robin Stone Properties in Bond street.
On 1st February 1990 he was appointed manager of the property management division of Robin Stone properties and realising this was where his future lay purchased this management section from Robin Stone Properties on 1st November 1990 naming it Clyde-Smith Management Services LTD moving to 17 the parade where it has operated from ever since.
The company has gone from strength to strength developing a reputation for a personal service providing prompt and effective communication whilst remaining solely in property management focussing exclusively on block management and landlord lettings.
In 2020 the company invested in a rebranding and changing its name to Clyde-Smith Property Services, creating a new logo with strong colours of gold and blue and building this new website which we hope you enjoy.
